Special Philippine Eye Care Solutions Foundation Inc. (SPECS Foundation), is a non profit organization providing permanent and sustainable vision care clinic primarily for the underprivileged Filipinos. With its soft opening last June 17, 2013, SPECS was able to commence its operations in September 2013 with only one Director-Clinician managing the clinic.   At present, SPECS has already served more than 10,000 beneficiaries since with the support of an addition to the small team of generous and compassionate vision care experts, interns and aides.

What We Do

“ Through the primary eye care clinic “the EYE Train”, we are able to impart to our patients the significance of vision care to their lives and their community.  Healthier eyes to a healthier community. Together, we can make it happen.”

Partnerships

Though the selfless efforts of our international and local partners and support teams, SPECS Foundation has since been a catalyst for eye care missions in the Philippines and a venue for outreach programs of partner mission organizations.

Collaborations

SPECS Foundation renders outreach programs in collaboration with social groups, community organizations, special educational and missionary institutions among others thus providing effective and systematic program for our beneficiaries.
